The 2 vegans have traveled again! Budapest was a blast. Even in COVID-19 times. Besides good weather and good company there were plenty of vegan options, so we lived our best life for 4 days.

So the great thing about Budapest is that there is a lot of outside eating in gardens. And the best thing is that they have a Vegan Garden! There is a foodtruck from Vexicana and also one from Las Vegan’s and a few more. Love it!!

Pizza @ Elelem Eterem, an all vegan restaurant. This was the best pizza I ever had! I didn’t expect a pizza named “Mexican pizza” to be this good. It had jalapeños, red lentil curry, beans and a good vegan cheese on it.
Mushroom pizza @ Elelem Eterem. Also very good. Nikki doesn’t like mushrooms so whenever I can I (Jaivy) order mushrooms.
Hummus and crudités with sweet potato fries and 2 other sauces @ Kozmosz, an all vegan restaurant.
Spinach pasta @ Kozmosz.
Seitan stew @ Kozmosz.
Drinks and snacks @ Fill Good, an all vegan bakery.
Whole weat chocolate croissant @ Fill good.
Hungarian snacks, on the left with pumpkin and on the left with zucchini @ Fill good.

We were pleasantly surprised that our hotel offered vegan labeled breakfast! @Bo33. The hotel was very good overall and we can definitely recommend it.

Vegan solero! Besides pineapple flavor there is strawberry flavor @ Palatinos strand baths.
Our friends left Budapest earlier than we did and they said we can have their sunscreen, but that they were not sure wheter or not it was vegan.
You could call me (Nikki) the vegan label spotter – because I always search for it – and there it was! Vegan sunscreen that they bought at DM, a drugstore in Budapest.
Well this was our (vegan) adventure in Budapest. We loved it! 🇭🇺
